Legal framework for ONERA's procurements

ONERA is an industrial and commercial public establishment (EPIC).

Therefore, it is subject to the following provisions:

• Ordinance 2015-899 of 23 July 2015 on public contracts
• Its Application Decree 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 on public contracts

Thus, ONERA's procurements are made in accordance with the specifications of these provisions on advertising and tendering.
