AO4ELT7 – Adaptive Optics for the Extremely Large Telescopes

Organized by ONERA’s Optics Department and the Marseille Astrophysics Laboratory
One of the major challenges that faces the future Extremely Large Telescopes (ELTs) is adaptive optics (AO), and the goal of this conference is to gather specialists to review and discuss the latest developments in this field.
The topics of this seventh conference will cover: the conception and realization of AO systems for future ELTs; the links between AO and scientific instruments (coronography, spectro-imaging etc.) and the associated astrophysical objectives. Innovation in terms of components, instrumental concepts and processing of the signal and images will be at the heart of the conference.
