EU Funds UNIC project, coordinated by ONERA, to better understand non-CO2 emissions in aviation

ONERA has been selected to coordinate the European project UNIC (Understanding Non-CO2 Impacts from deCarbonised aviation), an ambitious Horizon Europe initiative aimed at improving our understanding of the non-carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions' impact on aviation. This EU-funded project, also supported by the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation, brings together eleven partners from academia, research, and industry to develop new tools and strategies to reduce the climate footprint of the aviation sector.
